We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your legal document templates for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

No questions asked. We believe in our product, but we also understand that it might not be the right fit for everyone.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at support@simplelegalpages.com within 7 days of your purchase
  2. Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
  3. Subject line: "Refund Request" (optional but helpful)

That's it! You don't need to explain why you want a refund, though we appreciate any feedback that can help us improve.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  • Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Once we initiate the refund, the timing depends on your financial institution.

After the 7-Day Window

After 7 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds for purchases made more than 7 days ago.

Why 7 days? We believe this gives you enough time to review the templates, customize them, and decide if they meet your needs. Since these are digital products delivered instantly, we need a reasonable timeframe to prevent abuse.

What Happens to the Templates?

If you receive a refund, you are expected to delete all copies of the templates and cease using them. However, we understand that enforcement is difficult with digital products, so we rely on the honor system and trust our customers to act in good faith.

Exceptions and Special Cases

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues downloading your files or accessing your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue before processing a refund. Technical problems don't count against your 7-day refund window.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, contact us right away. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate order regardless of the 7-day window.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@simplelegalpages.com. We take fraud seriously and will investigate promptly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and damage our relationship with our payment processor.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may:

  • Contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery
  • Refuse future purchases from you
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to Stripe

We're reasonable people. If you have a legitimate issue, we'll work with you to resolve it, including issuing a refund if appropriate.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Since our product is sold as a complete package, refunds are issued for the full purchase price only.

Taxes and Fees

Any taxes or processing fees charged at the time of purchase will also be refunded. You will receive a full refund of the total amount you paid.
